The Weeknd released his latest music video Nothing is Lost

Canadian singer The Weeknd, song has finally released the music video Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength). The theme song is taken from the tracks of Avatar 2, which hit theatres last month.

The video was directed by Quentin Deronzier and featured a quick glimpse of the vocalist hidden in the blue haze before the singer dives into a blast of fire and takes viewers around the scenery of Pandora, which is a fictitious moon in an Avatar sequel is similar to earth.

The Na’vi are a humanoid species that live on the planet Pandora. In the video, they are driven into the water by fire.

The song was written by Abel Tesfaye, better known by his stage as the Weeknd, and was produced by his longtime collaborators, the Swedish house mafia, along with composer Simon Franglen, who was responsible for creating the score for the film.

In December, the Weeknd posted a teaser video on his Instagram account that was exactly 12 seconds long. In it, he dropped a strong hint about his participation in the long-awaited sequel.

Since then, the movie has established a number of new benchmarks, including the firm with the highest worldwide grossing debut of 2022, surpassing Top Gun: Maverick.

According to the studio, the movie also raked in an estimated USD 1.7 billion around the world, making it the sixth most-grossing film ever to be released in any market around the world.

The Weeknd’s previous soundtrack contributions include the Kendrick Lamar-backed Pray for Me and Fifty shades of grey and for 2018 Black Panther.

The Weeknd, on another onscreen project, co-wrote, co-created, and directed an HBO drama series starring Lily-Rose Depp and directed the cast of the idol.
