NFL and Netflix Announced their first Official Partnership: Quarterback

Netflix made public its first collaboration with the National Football League (NFL), which will result in the production of a brand-new documentary series called Quarterback. The show will offer a fresh perspective on each NFL season by relating its events through the eyes of the league’s starting quarterbacks.

This season, the series will feature exclusive, never-before-seen access to Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota from the start of the 2022 season until the end of it.

If sources are to be believed, the series will follow the three quarterbacks both on and off the field, including inside the huddle with their teammates and inside their homes with their families. The debut is scheduled for the summer of 2023.

The National Football League (NFL) recently instituted a policy that permits microphones to be worn by quarterbacks throughout each and every game of the regular season.

The next show will provide exclusive access to some of the most memorable moments from the 2018 NFL season, including Patrick Mahomes’ record-setting season in terms of total offense, Kirk Cousins’ historic return, and Marcus Mariota’s breakout rookie year as the starting quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons.

Patrick Mahomes, whose newly created 2 PM Productions will produce the series, stated that he is eager for fans to receive an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at an unforgettable season for the whole Chiefs organization and for family.

Peyton Manning has claimed that playing quarterback in the National Football League is a one-of-a-kind experience that comes with some pretty tremendous highs and lows. He further added, fans will be given a one-of-a-kind and up-close look at what it’s like to be a starting quarterback.
