The First Look at Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Revealed: Ubisoft

Ubisoft officially revealed the first look for Assassin’s Creed Mirage trailer at their recent Ubisoft Forward event in 2022. Assassinations, parkour, and stealth are all the parts of the gameplay loop in a nod to the original games, said, company officials.

Further, the officials claim they are also providing updates on games such as the division heartlands, sparks of hope, and much more.

At the event where Mirage was unveiled, apparently, Ubisoft chose not to demonstrate any gameplay. However, the company presented a CG trailer, which introduced the game as an origin story for Valhalla’s Basim.

The promotional videos highlight a number of battles as well as parkour, with the highlight being the removal of Basim’s finger in order to complete his initiation as a hidden one. Alongside the trailer’s premiere, Ubisoft also posted a more extended developer trailer breakdown.

The inimitable voice of Shoreh Aghdashloo is featured prominently throughout the preview as the primary speaker. Further, the game’s reveal trailer suggests Basim will be a more than capable protagonist, and he will appear as the main character in the Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

The games announced so far are not the beginning, though, as Ubisoft has also shown off the Assassin’s Creed titles that will be coming out in the near future.

The trailer focused on the environment, and the character of the game, said Ubisoft. Further, the company claims end-users will see a supercut of Basim’s journey after becoming an Assassin, thereby deepening the character.
